About the AI Development Paradox

To the previous post I want to add one more conclusion. Previously, startups and bloody enterprises were on different sides of the spectrum. And specific processes were associated with them. For example, covering the project with tests and drowning in bureaucracy — enterprises, while startups — act fast, ignoring everything that doesn't carry a clear increment for the business.

And it's funny that with AI, for effective work you need to collapse these two worlds. Startups must implement quality gates and work with documentation early on, and enterprises must learn to be flexible and calm about what agents generate for you. Otherwise both will be slower than their alternative versions that do this.
