In two months I'll speak at one of the biggest offline conferences in Kazakhstan. The 20-minute timing here is some kind of mainstream, so it's unlikely I'll be able to dig deep, but I'll still try to cover both the motivation and the difficulties from our experience and solution methods. I really don't want to slide into theory about Compose and declarativeness, there will be more about the target approach, migration ideas, and architecture in general.
